Developmental Education is an NDIS-funded, allied health service that helps build functional life skills, independence, and confidence, using customised, evidence-based strategies tailored to each person's goals.
A Developmental Educator (DE) works in partnership with people living with disability to co-design supports that build meaningful, achievable goals and capacity for independence and decision-making. This isn't a one-size-fits-all model. It's collaborative, individualised, and grounded in respect. At its core, Developmental Education is about empowering people to live the life they choose.
