ASSESSMENTS & REPORTS
Assessments and reports are a core part of the work we do at Montrose Hills Therapy, providing the evidence base for NDIS funding, planning, and goal-setting.
These are comprehensive, in-depth pieces of work, often involving direct assessment, observation across settings, consultation with families and other providers, and detailed report writing.
We offer the following assessments:
-
Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA).
A holistic assessment of a person's functional capacity across daily living, communication, social participation, and independence, used to inform NDIS planning and funding decisions.
-
Functional Behavioural Assessment (FBA)
An in-depth assessment identifying the function of behaviours of concern, forming the foundation of an effective, person-centred Behaviour Support Plan.
-
Sensory Profile 2
A standardised assessment of sensory processing patterns and their impact on everyday functioning.
-
Vineland-3
A standardised assessment of adaptive behaviour across communication, daily living skills, socialisation, and motor skills.
-
ABAS-3
The Adaptive Behavior Assessment System, measuring adaptive skills required for everyday independent functioning.
-
PEDI-CAT
The Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory, assessing functional capabilities in children and young people.
-
Other standardised assessments are also available.
